Tylar joined our team Fall of 2017 and has become a huge reason for our success and growth as a business. She has been passionate about this population all her life, but has only been working directly with them for the past 4 years. Tylar received her Bachelor's Degree from Colorado State University, where she studied Human Development and Family Studies. She participated in extracurriculars aimed to enrich the social lives of young adults with developmental disabilities. She also developed a program geared towards the same goal.
Since graduating in 2015, she has explored a few different career avenues – from personal training to outdoor education to paraprofessional work with special populations – but has found her home here at The Roost. In her spare time, Tylar enjoys exercising, baking, and playing in Colorado's giant backyard. |
